First impressions are lasting impressions — or at least that’s what they say.  No matter how much you try to fool yourself, it seems impossible (at times) to shake those initial thoughts.  Maybe our instincts are correct.  Whether the answer is C, that stranger looks dangerous, or she’s just not a good person, perhaps we should go with our gut feeling more often.  It is all too easy to overanalyze a situation, and putting in the time might not pay off.  Save yourself the trouble sometime, and see how it turns out.  It just might be that thinking too much may steer you in the wrong direction.
